Kristen is an avid foodie who loves to cook, eat and loves to discover hidden distilleries, breweries and wineries. She has worked both front-of-house and back-of-house at such famed restaurants as Culina at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills and House of Blues Las Vegas. Her passion for food and travel led her to the world of television and film where she currently works on a major network television show.
Paula is the author of two best-selling compilation cookbooks and is currently working on her third cookbook which is a companion volume to this show. She is an award-winning journalist who has appeared on several television news programs and has a knack for telling a good story. She currently works in the television and film industry in the New Orleans area.
