She has worked both front-of-house and back-of-house at such famed restaurants as Culina at the Four Seasons Beverly Hills, House of Blues Las Vegas and Tablerock Brewery Boise Idaho. Her passion for food, drink and travel led her to the world of film where she has worked on several major television series. She currently lives in New Orleans.
Paula is the author of two best-selling compilation cookbooks and is an award winning journalist who has a knack for telling a good story. She began writing restaurant reviews in her twenties and has been published in magazines and newspapers, and has appeared on several television news shows. She too has worked in the film and television industry and lives in New Orleans. |
